Toyota Center is the home of the Houston Rockets in the heart of downtown Houston — a six-city-block, glass-fronted arena that opened in October 2003 and has served as the stage for James Hardens legendary MVP seasons, Yao Mings era of global basketball diplomacy, and the 2013 NBA All-Star Game. Located at 1510 Polk Street adjacent to Discovery Green and the George R. Brown Convention Center, Toyota Center is served by METRORails Red Line at Bell Station (5 blocks) and includes a 7-story Toyota Tundra Garage with skyway access into the arena. The arena spans six blocks in Houstons downtown core, with a glass exterior that keeps concourses bright and integrates naturally into the surrounding skyline. Notable in-arena destinations include the Jack Daniels Bar behind Section 116 (open to all ticketed fans) and the Sire Spirits Social Club on the Lower Suites level for premium guests. All tickets are mobile-only via the AXS App. A No Re-Entry policy is in effect for all events. The arena opened with a Fleetwood Mac concert in 2003 and has hosted the 2013 NBA All-Star Game, five UFC events, the 9th Annual Latin Grammy Awards, and concerts by The Rolling Stones, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, and Garth Brooks. Toyota Centers food programme is operated by Levy Restaurants, featuring Texas barbecue, Tex-Mex, and the Jack Daniels and Sire Spirits premium bar concepts. Approximately 10,000 parking spaces are available within a few blocks of the arena.

Toyota Center opened in October 2003, replacing The Summit (now Lakewood Church) as the Houston Rockets home. The $235 million arena was built to provide Houston with a world-class multi-purpose venue anchoring the downtown sports and entertainment district. The arena spans six city blocks with a glass-fronted design and skyway connection to the adjacent Hilton Americas hotel. Toyota Centers most celebrated basketball era came during James Hardens tenure (2012-2021), particularly the 2018 MVP season and the Rockets 65-win campaign.
